Structure Behind the Mission.

I provided project management for HopeConnect, a digital ministry of 4KIDS that reached over one million parents and caregivers by its fourth anniversary. Its faith-based resources support families caring for trauma-exposed and vulnerable children.

I managed content schedules and coordinated with clinicians, designers and web developers to keep content organized and schedules on track, including coordinating English and Spanish versions of each resource and blog post.

I built their project management system from the ground up in Monday.com, and the team still uses it today. Through clear workflows, content tracking and automations, I created a shared system to manage deadlines, coordinate handoffs and keep everyone aligned.

As a contract project manager, I became an extension of their team, providing fractional support and helping carry the workload as priorities shifted. I learned a lot about Monday.com automations along the way and turned that learning into practical solutions that made the team’s everyday work easier.
